Ritz Carlton Singapore, Greenhouse buffet is known for its palatable atmosphere, excellent quality and efficient service.  And is a heaven for seafood lovers but if you are not a seafood fan still you will be impressed by many other treats. The roast duck and pork is a MUST TRY. It is crispy and tasty.

The over all buffet spread is first-class although more international spread would be superior. My favoured was the fish soup which they provide on all tables. The cod was fresh and the soup was lip-smacking. I didn’t feel dehydrated in spite of drinking afew servings of the soup. Yes, the soup is free flow, you may ask for as many servings as you delight at the Carlton buffet Singapore.

You can also find many drinks in the wine list and if you are a wine lover you will certainly get maximum value for your money. You are not done until you have tried their white wine as it’s very uplifting and it goes easy with the food.

Not forgetting the tempting dessert station especially the huge variety of Ice-cream is really mind blowing plus many other sweet treats for your sweet savour.

Greenhouse leaves an everlasting feeling. The place is a bit pricy but known as best for many dishes like oyster spread.

In short once you give it a chance, you have to say that the Green house contains a lot of variety in their buffet dinner. And the food is fantastic and definitely value for money while dinning at the Green house restaurant.
